Pittsboro, NC Schools

Pittsboro has one elementary, one middle and one public high school in the Chatham County School District. Another public elementary school, with a Pittsboro address, Perry Harrison, is located about 15 miles north of Pittsboro and serves the growing population in the northeast quadrant of the county, including some developments along Hwy. 15-501. In addition to the public schools, there are charter and private school. Woods Charter School and Community Independent School are two located north of Town. Located in town is private Our Neighborhood School.
