Shopping in Pittsboro

Downtown Pittsboro is a great place to visit and spend some time. Pittsboro was once known as an town for antiquing with five antique shops, but over time these stores have been mostly replaced with an eclectic variety of shops and restaurants. Visitors to the downtown can enjoy brunch at several restaurants, browse the unique shops, visit art galleries, see handcrafted jewelry, visit a historic mill, shop in a local co-op grocery store that sells locally produced organic produce and meats, find a thrift store bargain, relax with a facial or massage, have tea at a B & B, sip draft beer or wine in an outdoor beer garden and hear great music.
